Golden Triangle TourPlaces Covered : Delhi - Agra - Jaipur - Delhi Duration : 03 Nights / 04 Days Day 01 : Delhi / Agra In the morning, pick up from Hotel at 6 AM and drive to Agra - 4 h. On arrival visit, Agra Fort Agra Fort - The Agra Fort is the palace for Mughal Emperors built by the emperor Akbar. This fortress attests to the power of the Mughal Empire and its emperors (Akbar, Jahangir, Shah Jahan, and Aurangzeb). There are many fascinating buildings within the massive walls, which stretch for 2.5 km. The fort is a city within a city. Later check-in at HOTEL. In the afternoon visit, Itmad-ud-daula Itmad-ud-daula (Baby Taj) was built by the empress Noor Jehan as a memorial to her father Mirza Ghiyas Beg, is beautifully ornamented with pietra dura inlay and lattice work marble screens. Before the Taj Mahal came its ancestor the tomb of the Itmad-ud-Daula. The queen of Jehangir and the daughter of Itmad-ud-daula Nurjahan built the tomb. Later enjoy Taj Mahal sunset from Mehtab Bagh. Then visit Marble Factory and walk around the market area. Day 02 : Agra / Fatehpur Sikri / Jaipur Early in the morning, visit Taj Mahal at Sunrise (Taj Mahal is closed on Friday) Taj Mahal is Perhaps one of the most perfect architectural monuments in the world, It was constructed by Emperor Shah Jahan in memory of his wife Mumtaz Mahal and has been described as the most extravagant monument ever built for love. After the visit, drive back to HOTEL and enjoy breakfast. Check out from the Hotel and drive to Fatehpur Sikri- 1 h. On arrival, visit the abandoned city. Fatehpur Sikri This deserted red sandstone city was built by Emperor Akbar as his capital. However, the city has been deserted very quickly, probably due to a lack of water resources. It was a veritable fairy tale city and its ‘ruins’ are still in a pristine condition. In such scenery, it is not hard to imagine what the court life was like in the days of its grandeur. After the visit, drive towards Jaipur - 4 to 5 h. On arrival check-in at HOTEL. Day 03 : Jaipur In the morning, visit the Amber Fort en-route photo-stop at Hawa Mahal. Hawa Mahal (Palace of Winds) - a five-storied wonder with a spectacular pyramidal facade and overhanging windows with latticed screens, domes, and spires. Amber Fort: a marvelous example of Rajput architecture with its terraces and ramparts reflected in the Maota Lake below. The Fort interior has various royal halls decorated with intricate ivory work, exquisite wall paintings, and tiny mirror chips, which create a tantalizing reflection effect. In the afternoon, visit the City Palace and the Observatory City Palace Museum - an imposing blend of traditional Rajasthan and Mughal Art. The museum is resplendent with its collection of robes of royal princes, carpets, an armory of old weapons, miniature paintings portraying court scenes, battle scenes, and processions. Jantar Mantar (Palace of Winds) - (Observatory)-an accurate observatory built in 1726 AD. Overnight at HOTEL. Day 04 : Jaipur / Delhi Morning free to relax / own activities.
